To his relief, passersby thwart the gang’s execution but the thugs turn the tables and frame Thomas for a crime that lands him squarely on death row.
Can Thomas, by himself, pull the strings of the justice system in Kenya and prove his innocence? Or must he face the hangman’s rope in one of the most corrupt countries in the world?
With the help of the Vatican, Thomas breathes the fresh air of freedom before the noose of death catches him.
The Silver Thimble Gang
After being beaten by her husband and left for dead, Maggie reluctantly takes a seamstress job at a local brothel. She’s forced into a compromising situation whereby she can see no other way to get her life back unless she works as a painted lady.
Her husband’s gambling debts are forcing a foreclosure on her property. She’s cornered. Maggie’s worry of “crossing the moral line” pushes her to a more profitable activity and the lesser of two evils, robbing banks.
Maggie heads the gang with her saloon friends Lizzy, Jane and Ruby into the lucrative business of bank robbing. Through the absent mindedness of one of the seamstresses a silver thimble is left at the first crime scene and the press quickly labels them The Silver Thimble Gang.
This rough and tumble group of female bank robbers posing as men becomes front page news. The money is good and the robberies easy until they meet their match – sinister Walsh Gang who don’t fancy a new gang moving in on their territory, especially of women.
Fiesta
The apprentice Andy and his mentor Shawn, who are in the travel agency business, have organized the biggest Spring Break gathering of their careers in Mazatlan. Andy has successfully taken the lead, out of necessity, on their business by orchestrating the massive beach parties, night club fantasies and bus tours overflowing with music and other substances.
Shawn kicks back and wallows in Andy’s hard work getting ever more cocky about his importance and power over the local community. I mean, his company is injecting hundreds of thousands of dollars into their economy. Of course, only with the protection of the cartel who are the real bastions of power.
When Shawn goes too far with his “better than thou” attitude with a rival cartel moving in on the region, Andy finds him murdered.
Andy is left holding the bag and torn between delivering what was promised to his college student clients and protecting them from the claws of the most evil cartel ever to occupy ground in Mexico.
